Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs all orders placed through Rasasi Store. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard delivery timeframes are estimated based on the customer's location within the UAE:

📦 Order Cut-Off Rule: Orders placed before 11:30 AM (UAE Time) on a working day will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day, subject to our logistics partner's schedule. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be processed on the following business day.
Next-Day Delivery — Serviceable Areas
Customers who place their orders before the 11:30 AM cut-off time are eligible for next-day delivery within the following serviceable emirates and cities:

⚠ NEXT-DAY DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY ON OFFICIAL UAE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
* Next-day delivery applies to serviceable zones within the above emirates. Certain remote or restricted areas within these emirates may require additional transit time in accordance with Aramex's delivery schedule. Rasasi Store does not guarantee next-day delivery for all zones and shall not be held liable for any delays caused by area-specific routing constraints.
2. LOGISTICS PARTNER
Rasasi Store exclusively partners with Aramex, a trusted and internationally recognized courier service, for the fulfilment and delivery of all orders.
- Upon order dispatch, customers will receive an Air Waybill (AWB) and a tracking number via the contact details provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the details provided.
- Rasasi Store is not liable for any delays, failed delivery attempts, or service disruptions caused by Aramex or any external factors beyond our control.
3. DELIVERY DELAYS — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
⚠ Important Notice Regarding Delivery Delays: Rasasi Store shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched to our logistics partner. Delays may occur due to high shipment volumes, weather conditions, force majeure events, or courier operational constraints. While we will make every reasonable effort to support our customers, Rasasi Store bears no financial or legal liability for delayed shipments.
4. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address at the time of placing an order.
4.1 Incomplete Address
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or insufficient address, the customer shall bear full responsibility for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery.
- Rasasi Store reserves the right to charge the customer for any return shipping costs in such cases.
4.2 Wrong / Incorrect Address
- If an order is dispatched to a different or incorrect address as a result of an error made by the customer at checkout, Rasasi Store shall bear no responsibility for the non-delivery or misdelivery of that order.
- In such cases, Rasasi Store is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement for the affected order.
- Any additional shipping fees required to retrieve or re-dispatch the order will be charged to the customer.
⚠ Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your full name, building number, floor, apartment/villa number, area, city, and emirate before confirming your order. Rasasi Store will not be held accountable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. UAE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
In observance of official UAE Government public holidays, no deliveries or dispatch operations will take place on designated non-working days.
- Orders placed during or immediately before a public holiday will be processed on the next available working day.
- Delivery timeframes will be extended accordingly during public holiday periods.
- Rasasi Store will endeavour to communicate any expected delays during public holiday periods via our website or customer support channels.
📅 Holiday Delivery Notice: Official UAE public holidays are recognised non-working days for all logistics operations. Delivery timelines will resume on the next official business day following any public holiday.
6. SHIPPING FEES
- A flat shipping fee of AED 20.00 applies to all orders, displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
- In the event of a failed delivery due to customer error (incorrect/incomplete address), re-delivery or return shipping charges will be borne solely by the customer, in addition to the original shipping fee.
- Rasasi Store reserves the right to amend its shipping fee structure at any time without prior notice.
7. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your Aramex AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number.
- You can track your shipment directly via the Aramex official website or app using the provided tracking number.
- For tracking enquiries, customers may also contact Aramex customer service directly.
Rasasi Store reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
