الأحكام والشروط

Rasasi Trading Co. LLC, headquartered at Jebel Ali Free Zone UAE ( “Company,” “we” or “us”), operates the website(s) located at “www.rasasistore.com”. By using the Website, you agree to comply with all the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Policy”). In addition, when subscribing to or otherwise utilizing certain services from the Website, you will be subject to additional rules applicable to such services.

By using the website, you accept the policy and agree to be bound by it. Your remedy for dissatisfaction with the website or its contents is to cease using the website.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the currency required, AED. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods than the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

 After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products you have ordered from us and details of any delivery services (the "delivery services") you have ordered from Rasasistore.com. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of your order.

When placing an order for the first time, you may be required to or may be offered the option to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. We may provide you with and/or ask you to use identifications and passwords and other means for you to be able to access certain areas of the website, such as my account section of the website. The order once placed by the customer will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
