Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
How do I create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” or the My Account Icon followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Please go to Login and enter your registered Email address. Click on Continue and click on Login with OTP. An OTP will be sent to your registered Email address.
How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When finished, proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Ensure all information is correct before confirming your purchase and payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including N-genius card payment globally, Cash On Delivery (COD), Tabby for GCC countries, and other secure online payment options. Payment methods will be shown during checkout.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are possible if the order has not entered the processing stage. Log in to your account, go to the order history, and follow the cancellation instructions. If already processed, contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Can I choose a delivery time slot?
Regrettably, we do not provide delivery services for a designated date or specific time slot.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Orders are shipped only after payment approval and address verification. Registered users can also check order status in My Account.
Are delivery charges refundable?
No, delivery charges are not refundable once shipments are marked as shipped.
Do you offer international shipping for perfume orders?
Yes, we provide international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by location and are shown during checkout.
I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?
Normally, shipments are delivered within 2–5 working days for local orders and slightly longer for international deliveries.
Can I request samples before purchasing a full-size perfume?
We do not offer free samples for retail customers. Samples are provided for wholesale customers and distributors only.
I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?
Items can be added as long as they are available. Some items may appear temporarily unavailable if they are in another customer’s cart.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipment email containing a tracking number and link to monitor delivery.
What do I do if my perfume arrives damaged?
Contact customer service within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item for replacement or refund assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Factors include skin acidity, application method, exposure to sunlight and heat. Applying to pulse points on moisturized skin helps longevity.
How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep opened bottles in their box for longer shelf life.
Do Rasasi Perfumes offer different concentrations?
Yes, we offer different concentrations ranging from Eau de Toilette to Eau de Parfum, with higher concentrations lasting longer.
Why are some perfume vials half-filled?
Due to FDA regulations for alcohol-based products, vials may appear partially filled but contain the advertised net weight.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration of fragrance oils and lasts longer, while Eau de Toilette is lighter and suitable for daily use.
Why does my perfume fragrance don’t last on me?
Skin chemistry, acidity, diet, stress, medications, and dryness can affect fragrance longevity. Layering with lotion or oils can help extend scent duration.
